Frequently asked Questions
I have nearly 6 years of experience in the industry. I started doing this professionally in 2019 in the Chicagoland area, and am now in the Denver area as of 2024.
While I'm technically based out of Littleton, I am willing to serve anywhere in at least a 100 mile radius. This includes the Denver Metro, as for south as Colorado Springs, as far north as Ft. Collins, as far west as Fairplay, and as far east as Limon, and anywhere in between. I'm also willing to go further, just reach out and we can discuss.
I have experience in both residential and commercial properties, as well as land plots.
This includes houses, condos, apartments, rental properties, assisted living facilities, medical facilities, and stores.
I charge no fee if the appointment is within 50 miles of my location. If its beyond that, I may tack on a small fee of $1 per mile over, depending on what package you select.
I generally can get photos sent out within 24 hours. Video work might take up to 3 days, depending on the complexity.
Various times of the year are busier than others, so if you want a guaranteed next day delivery, I offer rush processing for an extra fee.
